Requirements:
Minimum of 3+ years of litigation experience, including drafting, motion practice, court appearances, and depositions
Strong legal research and writing skills
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Opportunity:
Handle a broad variety of complex commercial litigation matters in state, federal, and appellate courts
