This position supports senior leaders in managing and expanding relationships with complex, high-value clients such as major financial institutions. The focus is on designing and executing growth strategies, deepening institutional ties, and coordinating firmwide expertise to drive profitable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Support
Collaborate with relationship leads and client-facing partners to plan and carry out growth strategies and priority initiatives, including participation in business development efforts and events.Business Development Execution
Track opportunities, monitor market activity, and coordinate follow-up actions that advance client development goals.Relationship Coordination
Synchronize activities across multiple teams, ensuring consistent communication and timely reporting on progress and metrics.Client Meeting Preparation
Provide research, analytics, and presentation support for internal strategy sessions and external client meetings.Market & Client Insights
Conduct competitive and industry research, identify emerging trends, and build a holistic view of client needs across geographies and sectors.Cross-Practice Collaboration
Develop fluency in the organization's service lines to uncover synergies and innovative approaches to client solutions.
Qualifications
Four or more years of relevant experience in professional services (e.g., law, investment banking, consulting).
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, JD, etc.) preferred but not mandatory.
Strong commercial acumen and familiarity with capital markets, M&A, and/or litigation.
Proven project management ability with excellent organizational skills.
Strong data analysis and executive-level presentation skills.
Ability to translate market intelligence into actionable business opportunities.
Clear, persuasive written and verbal communication.
Collaborative approach with the confidence to work independently when needed.
High level of discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
Experience with strategic client programs or with industries such as technology, life sciences, private equity, real estate, or financial services is highly desirable.
Proficiency with Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint; aptitude for quickly learning new tools.
