We're seeking a Temporary Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day office operations in a professional services environment. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing both administrative and hands-on operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries

  • Support document services (printing, scanning, copying, binding)

  • Assist with office and event setup, supply management, and maintaining common spaces

  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for office equipment

  • Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth, efficient daily operations

  • Adapt to shifting priorities and assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred

  • Previous office or facilities support experience; professional services environment a plus

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Proactive mindset-no job too big or too small

  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
