Overview:
We are seeking two qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) with recent operating room (OR) experience to serve as trainers for a simulated-use usability study of a new surgical procedure. This is a non-clinical role involving no real patients or procedures. Trainers will be responsible for conducting educational sessions with OR nurses and ENT surgeons after receiving training from the study Sponsor.
Shift: Monday-Friday: 8:00am-4:00pm
West Coast Trainer (San Diego, CA)
Must be local to San Diego, willing to travel to Boston for onboarding (Oct 6th & 7th - Paid).
Conduct one day of training sessions in San Diego on October 20, 2025.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Minimum 1 year professional OR nursing experience.
Worked in an OR setting within the last 6 months.
Experience supporting ENT or otologic surgical procedures.
Laser safety training certification.
