Our client is seeking a dynamic Events Manager to lead the planning, strategy, and execution of a diverse portfolio of events - from weekly and monthly activations to large-scale seasonal festivals. This role requires a visionary leader who can develop long-term event strategies while managing every detail to deliver unforgettable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive events strategy aligned with company goals.

• Plan, manage, and execute events of all sizes: weekly gatherings, monthly themed nights, quarterly celebrations, and large-scale festivals.

• Design and oversee a recurring programming calendar, starting with weekly activities and building toward daily engagement opportunities.

• Oversee budgeting, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and on-site production.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage logistics: venues, permits, staffing, AV/production, décor, and entertainment.

• Track event success with KPIs and post-event reporting to drive continuous improvement.

• Bring innovative ideas and industry trends to enhance future events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of event management experience, including large-scale productions.

• Strong project management, budgeting, and vendor management skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Experience with event management software preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience producing festivals, outdoor events, or community activations.

• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and audience experience.
