Position Summary:
The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for executing daily manufacturing processes in accordance with established batch records, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). This role focuses on accurate and safe compounding of materials, monitoring of production equipment, and maintaining detailed production records to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform compounding and blending of raw materials according to batch records and formulations
Accurately follow and complete batch records and production documentation
Operate, clean, and maintain manufacturing equipment in accordance with SOPs
Ensure all activities are performed in compliance with GMP and safety standards
Monitor critical process parameters and report any deviations or abnormalities
Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in inventory control and material handling as needed
Collaborate with Quality Assurance, R&D, and other departments as required
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Familiarity with following and completing batch records
Working knowledge of GMP regulations and practices
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical training preferred
