- Qualification Requirements
- Proven experience in providing technical support in an IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with computer systems, peripherals, and network configurations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to user inquiries and provide technical guidance.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams on IT projects.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 2-3 years Imaging and computer deploy/replacement experience on high volume projects within "zero defect environment" (i.e. healthcare, clinical, military etc.)
