Work Model: Hybrid, 3 days a week onsite, 2 days remote
Job Type: Contract for 15 weeks(likely to extend)

Compensation: $23 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

About the Role

The Database & Donor Records Associate plays a key role in advancing the Foundation's fundraising mission by ensuring the accuracy and integrity of donor records, processing gifts, and providing database support to fundraising, stewardship, and finance teams. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality. Qualified candidates should have proven expereinces in a document control and/or electronic file management experience.

What You'll Do

Database & Event Data Management

  • Enter and maintain accurate constituent, fund, event, and appeal records in Raiser's Edge.

  • Provide database support to events, major gifts, annual giving, stewardship, and corporate fundraising teams.

  • Support online event and giving platforms such as NetCommunity, Kintera Sphere, and other digital fundraising tools.

  • Track and record employee PTO and contributions.

  • Assist with troubleshooting data-related issues and one-time projects.

Gift Processing

  • Prepare, process, and reconcile daily donations from lockbox, credit card, and online merchant accounts.

  • Enter gifts into Raiser's Edge batches quickly and accurately using import tools.

  • Generate fundraising progress reports and analytics.

  • Produce timely and accurate gift receipts and acknowledgement letters.

  • Partner with stewardship and frontline staff to ensure proper donor follow-up.

General & Administrative Support

  • Create and update constituent records, ensuring completeness and data integrity.

  • Answer phones and provide excellent customer service to donors and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and manage data entry projects, such as grateful patient imports.

  • Support miscellaneous projects and reporting as needed.
