Contract Recruiter - Manufacturing Talent Acquisition Support

Location: Britt, Iowa
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible hours available)
Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential for extension

Position Summary:

Beacon Hill is seeking a skilled Contract Recruiter to assist with a high-volume hiring initiative at a production facility in Britt, Iowa. This recruiter will serve as a key partner in driving talent acquisition efforts during a surge in staffing needs.

What You'll Do:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for hourly plant roles including general labor, forklift operators, and sanitation workers.
• Support hiring across all three shifts in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Leverage iCIMS (ATS) to track candidates, manage requisitions, and streamline the hiring process.
• Build relationships with local employment resources such as Iowa Works and the regional job center.
• Plan and execute onsite hiring events to engage the local workforce.
• Create and deploy targeted social media ads (Facebook & Instagram) to attract qualified candidates.
• Act as a strategic partner to the onsite HR team, helping to meet aggressive hiring goals efficiently.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, especially for hourly and shift-based roles.
• Familiarity with iCIMS or similar applicant tracking systems.
• Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a small-team environment.
• Comfortable working in a tight-knit, rural community with a focus on local outreach.
