A nationwide plaintiff's firm is seeking a Complex Personal Injury Attorney admitted to practice law in Louisiana. While the firm does not have a Louisiana office, the position can sit it any office across the US. Paid relocation is offereed, though experienced toxic torts attorneys will be granted remote flexibility. My client provides excellent training, a flexible work environment, and the opportunity to help people who truly need it. Responsibilities:
- Handle your caseload from inception to resolution
- Manage discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
- Second-chair trials with the opportunity to first-chair down the line
Candidate Parameters:
- 2+ years' plaintiff personal injury experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Member of the Louisiana Bar
