My client is a rapidly growing plaintiff's personal injury firm seeking a Managing Attorney and Associate Attorney to join their Bodily Injury group in downtown Fort Lauderdale. They have grown from two attorneys to nearly 100 employees across four offices in under eight years. As my client continues to expand, their goals remain clear: to provide top-tier legal services with empathy, integrity, and excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal documents
- Attending court hearings and depositions
- Developing litigation and trial strategy
- Leading discovery and settlement negotiations
- Collaborating with a legal team and mentoring junior attorneys (if applicable)
Requirements:
- Member of the Florida Bar
- 2+ years of litigation experience (plaintiff-side personal injury preferred)
