Credentialing Coordinator - Atlanta, GA

Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Credentialing Coordinator for a 2-year contract opportunity located in Atlanta, GA. This role focuses on auditing, verifying, and maintaining accurate provider details (credentials) and documentation to ensure compliance with managed care requirements. This is an onsite, full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8a-5p).

Daily Duties:
* Coordinate, evaluate and audit with internal and external users regarding data credentials in systems to ensure complete accuracy
* Pull verifications
* Manage expiring elements such as COI (Certificate of Insurance), BLS (Basic Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
* Communicate with providers to obtain proper documents and upload
* Maintain compliance by ensuring all credentialing files are current and complete
* Support ongoing audits and compliance tracking across the department
* Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate updates to provider records
* Participate in process improvements to increase efficiency and data integrity

Ideal Candidate:
* Minimum of three (3) years of credentialing experience
* Strong understanding of managed care and provider enrollment processes
* Expert-level proficiency in Excel and Access required
* High attention to detail with proven ability to maintain accuracy in large data sets
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred

Assignment Details:
* Contract Length: 2 years (potential to extend)
* Pay Rate: $28-$32/hour
* Salary (if converted): $60s (depending on experience)
* Start Date: After interview
* Training: Provided
* Software Used: Multiple internal systems (training provided)
