A nationwide plaintiff's firm is seeking a Complex Personal Injury Attorney for their Emeryville office. Experienced toxic torts attorneys will be granted remote flexibility. My client provides excellent training, a flexible work environment, and the opportunity to help people who truly need it. Responsibilities:
- Handle your caseload from inception to resolution
- Manage discovery, evidentiary hearings, ADR, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
- Second-chair trials with the opportunity to first-chair down the line
Candidate Parameters:
- 2+ years' plaintiff personal injury experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Member of the Louisiana Bar
