Beacon Hill Legal is hiring a mid to senior-level Litigation Paralegal to support complex legal matters from discovery through trial at a global business-focused law firm. We're looking for someone with deep expertise in complex commercial and/or business litigation and hands-on experience with Relativity. This opportunity is direct hire, full-time, and hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote).
What You'll Do:
- Conduct client/witness interviews and background research
- Analyze evidence and prepare timelines and chronologies
- Manage large document reviews in Relativity and other platforms
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Coordinate with vendors, court personnel, and eDiscovery teams
- Support attorneys during hearings, trials, and arbitrations
- Organize trial materials and use digital presentation tools in court
- Mentor project assistants and collaborate across teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, Paralegal Certificate preferred
- 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Strong legal research, writing, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, Relativity, and legal research tools required
- Experience with deposition and document management software
- Willingness to work overtime and travel as needed
