Required Skills:
Must have at least 5 years of organizational change management experience, including hands-on support of HCM implementations
Experience in change and communications for a large multi-project HR transformation
Experience in working across departments, functions to align on change activities
Experience interacting with various levels of stakeholders to conduct change impact assessments
Solid understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels
Strong analytical skills to assess change impacts and interpret feedback and readiness data
Experience in developing, contributing, or supporting training and communication deliverables
Strong planning, coordination, and task delivery
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced transformational program
Ability to identify issues related to adoption or resistance and contribute to solutions
Collaborative and team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of initiative
Ability to translate project plans and objectives into relevant, actionable change-oriented scope, plans, and deliverables
Desired Skills:
Experience working with Workday a plus
Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or equivalent)
Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:
We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to lead and support change initiatives within a large-scale, multi-project HR transformation program, including HCM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of hands-on experience in driving change across complex organizational landscapes, with a strong ability to engage stakeholders, assess impacts, and deliver effective communication and training strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter), excellent interpersonal and analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and functions. You will be responsible for translating project objectives into actionable change plans, identifying adoption risks, and contributing to solutions that drive successful outcomes.
