Job Title: Office Administrator
Location: Savage, MN
Employment Type: Contract through the end of the year, with potential for hire
Pay Rate: $24-$26/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM start time (on-site only)

Overview:
Beacon Hill's client in Savage, MN is seeking a versatile and proactive Office Administrator to support daily operations and ensure a welcoming and efficient office environment. This is a contract role through the end of the year, with the potential for permanent hire based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phones
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain office cleanliness and coordinate facility needs
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases across multiple departments
  • Support internal communication and collaboration
  • Manage multiple shared email inboxes
  • Organize and maintain internal files and records
  • Provide technical administrative support
  • Assist with planning and coordinating internal/client visits, including catering and logistics

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in an office setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Experience with Adobe and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
  • Professional demeanor with a proactive, can-do attitude

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:

  • Professional office setting
  • Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, printers, etc.)
  • May require sitting for extended periods and occasional lifting (up to 30 lbs)
