Payroll Manager

Location: East Valley, Arizona
Hybrid Schedule - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote

Are you an experienced Payroll Manager with a passion for accuracy, compliance, and process improvement? Our growing financial services client is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee and manage all aspects of multi-state payroll operations. This organization is in hyper growth and seeking a experienced professional.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage full-cycle payroll processing for multi-state employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Administer and maintain payroll systems using Paycom software, including reporting, auditing, and system enhancements.

• Partner with HR and Finance to ensure accurate data flow and timely payroll delivery.

• Oversee tax filings, garnishments, and benefits-related payroll deductions.

• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

• Manage year-end activities including W-2 processing and audits.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of payroll management experience (multi-state required).

• Strong proficiency in Paycom payroll software.

• Deep understanding of payroll laws, tax compliance, and wage and hour regulations.

• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

• Experience in the financial services or accounting industry preferred.

• CPP certification a plus.
