Our client, a growing holistic wellness practice in West Austin, is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join its team. As the Front Desk coordinator, you will be the warm, professional face of the wellness spa - welcoming clients, managing the flow of appointments, and ensuring a calm, respectful lobby environment during sensitive healing sessions. This role begins with a one-day paid trial shift on Tuesday October 28th from 10:00AM - 5:00PM and, if it's a mutual fit, will grow to 2 days/week in November, 3 days/week in December, and potentially into a long-term position as the business expands. The ideal candidate is someone looking for part-time work through the end of the year. This role pays 18-19hr based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and check in clients, providing a calm, welcoming presence
· Escort clients to their treatment rooms and confirm service details
· Monitor and maintain a quiet, respectful lobby atmosphere
· Use Square POS to check out clients and sell service bundles
· Record sales into an Excel spreadsheet accurately
