A Miami law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to handle the firm's matter and file closing process. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of matter/file closures, including:
* Monitoring and tracking requests
* Preparing closing letters
* Entering and maintaining data in the firm's financial system
* Ensuring compliance with firm protocols
* Collaborating with attorneys and administrative teams to support ongoing projects
The position may also provide occasional back-up support at the reception desk.
Qualifications:
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational abilities and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects under deadlines
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Prior experience in a major law firm preferred
