My Client, a Non-Profit/Real Estate/Software company is seeking a Payroll Manager to join their team as the current Manager is retiring after 10 years of being with the organization. The role will supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of 3 and reports to the Director of Accounting/Audit who has been with the organization for 7 years. You will interface with all levels of management and employees so you must have strong communication skills as well as interpersonal skills. The payroll population is approximately 1500 employees, union and non-union, and you will personally process about 250 employees while overseeing the teams work. The organization is planning on going through an implementation to upgrade their systems so any experience with that would be ideal as well as knowledge of ADP Vantage and/or UKG. You will also be responsible for conducting internal audits of payroll data to verify accuracy and adherence to union contracts and labor laws. In this role, you will work closely with Human Resources, Finance and Audit departments as well. Ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience, a BS in Finance/Accounting/Business Management, and a positive attitude to foster a collaborate work environment as this organization has created a very intimate culture. Targeting up to $150k, with 100% covered benefits, 5 days onsite as well, 9:30am-5:30pm. If you are experienced, hardworking, and care about where you work please apply accordingly.
