HRIS Implementation Specialist
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS Implementation Specialist to lead their transition from HiBob to ADP. The ADP go-live date is targeted for January, and the organization is currently behind schedule in their implementation. This role requires a hands-on, self-sufficient individual who can quickly assess the current state, take control of the project, and drive successful completion.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with ADP throughout the implementation.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the data migration and system configuration process.
- Troubleshoot issues and ensure deadlines are met for a successful January go-live.
- Collaborate with internal HR team members who are assisting on specific implementation tasks.
- Operate with minimal supervision and make strategic decisions to move the project forward.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience with ADP implementation projects (end-to-end).
- Strong data migration and systems troubleshooting expertise.
- Confident, proactive, and able to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
