Title: Pharmaceutical Digital Communication Manager
Location: Greater Boston
Onsite Requirements: Remote with occasional onsite visits for content
Duration: 6 months
This role will be 20-40 hours per week depending on the work load
Description
We're seeking a Communications Manager with experience building and managing social media campaigns in the Pharma space. This person will also be responsible for creating compelling digital and visual content using Canva and using analytical tools to evaluate performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute social media strategies that elevate visibility and engagement across platforms.
- Manage the corporate website, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure accuracy, performance, and alignment with brand identity.
- Create compelling digital and visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or similar design software.
- Uphold brand governance and maintain a consistent visual identity across all communications.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gain alignment, secure approvals, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Use analytics tools to evaluate performance and continuously optimize content strategy.
- Maintain awareness of communications regulations relevant to publicly traded biopharma companies.
What You Bring
- 6+ years of communications experience in a PR agency supporting biopharma clients.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with keen attention tone and detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Collaborative and proactive-adept at building relationships and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Design-savvy with an eye for layout, aesthetics, and brand cohesion.
- Curious, creative, and forward-thinking-staying ahead of trends in digital media, design, and technology.
