A real estate company located in Schaumburg is seeking a temporary-to-hire Human Resources Recruiter to join their growing team. As an organization that is client-focused, team-driven, and a fast-growing enterprise, they offer great opportunities for advancement.

The HR Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. They will be responsible for sourcing top talent and provide updates to the C-suite.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline through networking, social media, and other recruitment strategies.
  • Draft and maintain accurate and compelling job postings and descriptions; manage internal and external job advertisements.
  • Facilitate offer negotiations and support hiring managers in developing competitive and equitable compensation packages.
  • Coordinate and participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience of full-cycle recruiting with more than 20 requisitions at a given time, including sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates across various roles and levels.
  • Proficiency in utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top talent.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish highly preferred.
  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills; written and verbal, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (preferably Paylocity).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
