The Las Vegas office of a national law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with at least three years of law firm experience. You will join a successful team and handle a variety of cases from start to finish, including all phases of litigation trial preparation.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting legal research
- Managing calendars and deadlines
- Assisting with discovery processes
- Preparing deposition and trial materials and summaries, including notebooks
- Drafting and organizing various legal documents
- Creating and maintaining case chronologies
- Reviewing documents and evidence
- E-filing with courts
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years of litigation paralegal experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage critical deadlines, and multitask effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with litigation support software
