Title: B2B Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Boston Area
Onsite Requirements: Hybrid
Start: January 2026
Duration: 8-month contract
We are seeking a contact senior, data focused B2B Digital Marketing Manager. You’ll serve as the main point of contact for all digital marketing initiatives-owning strategy, execution, optimization, and performance reporting working closely with our external digital agency and internal marketing stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Manage digital ad campaign planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis across all paid channels.
- Partner with our digital agency, guiding strategy and overseeing creative development to deliver impact and ROI
- Design and execute targeted and personalized campaigns optimizing digital spending and ROI
- Manage the budget insuring efficiency across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, and display networks.
- Lead digital reporting and insights, with excellent ability to communicate performance, insights, & opportunities
- Oversee and evolve Our AISO (AI Search Optimization) initiatives and enhance organic AI-chat visibility and overall digital performance.
- Partner closely with Content, Marketing, Brand and Product teams to ensure messaging, product launches, and creative assets are timely, consistent, and optimized for digital channels.
- Provide strategic input on creative concepts, audience segmentation, and full-funnel campaign design.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends in AI-driven optimization, ad tech, and media best practices-translating innovations into actionable test-and-learn opportunities.
- Continuously monitor and refine performance across awareness, engagement, conversion, and revenue attribution metrics.
- Recommend and implement new tactics or technologies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital marketing within a B2B tech or agency environment, with proven experience managing cross-channel campaigns.
- Strong experience managing external agency relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable reporting results to Sr. Leadership
- Highly analytical with an ability to turn performance insights into actionable marketing strategies and optimizations.
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Microsoft Advertising, and Meta Business Manager.
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Salesforce, ABM marketing tools- (6Sense is a major bonus.)
- Ability to work autonomously and managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
