Consumer Loan Specialist (Temp-to-Perm) - Yorktown, VA
Rate: $18/hr | Onsite: 5 days/week

A growing financial services office is seeking a motivated Consumer Loan Specialist to join their Yorktown team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for someone ready to provide exceptional customer service while supporting loan sales and office operations.

What You'll Do:

• Recommend products and services to meet customer needs

• Originate new loans and manage existing accounts

• Handle payments, collections, and loan renewals

• Ensure accurate customer records and compliance with policies and regulations

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience in-person and by phone

What We're Looking For:

• Attention to detail and prior data entry or administrative experience a plus

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Willingness to work onsite 5 days per week in Yorktown

• Motivated to learn and grow within a temp-to-perm role

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment, offering the potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate.
