Beacon Hill's client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Paralegal or Attorney to provide litigation support to our client's Personal Injury Shareholder team. This role requires strong litigation skills, the ability to manage a high-volume caseload, and excellent drafting abilities. The ideal candidate will be able to step in quickly and operate with minimal oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal memoranda, motions, and related litigation documents
Prepare, manage, and organize legal complaints
Conduct PA e-filing and ensure all filings are timely and compliant
Support case management for personal injury litigation matters
Provide direct assistance to Attorney Shareholders
Qualifications:
Background as a sophisticated Litigation Paralegal or PA-Licensed Litigation Attorney
Prior litigation experience-plaintiff or defense-is acceptable
Strong drafting and legal writing skills
Experience with e-filing systems (PA preferred)
Ability to work onsite in Hamilton, NJ, Monday-Friday
Additional Information:
This is a 30-60-day temporary assignment
Full onsite presence is required
