Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Receptionist/Pre-Closing Assistant for a part-time contract assignment located in the Savannah, GA area. This role supports front desk operations, provides administrative assistance to attorneys and paralegals, and delivers a polished, client-facing experience. This is an in-office position, Monday through Friday.

Schedule Details:
* Part-Time: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday
* Assignment begins ASAP

Daily Duties:

* Answer incoming calls, including buyer/seller inquiries
* Greet and assist guests arriving in the reception area
* Provide administrative support to attorneys and paralegals as needed
* Communicate clearly and professionally via phone, email, and in person
* Maintain a welcoming and polished front-desk environment

Ideal Candidate:

* Warm, front-facing presence with strong customer service skills
* Professional communication skills (verbal and written)
* Business-casual presentation; no visible tattoos
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
* Reliable, punctual, and comfortable supporting a busy office

Compensation:

Pay Rate: $24/hour
