Excel Data Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Excel Data Analyst to support purchase order management, product data, and ERP system operations in Virginia Beach. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity - perfect for someone with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data manipulation) and a keen eye for accuracy.
What You'll Do
- Enter and maintain product and purchase order data with precision
- Create part numbers and detailed item information in Excel
- Analyze and manipulate data using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and other Excel functions
- Track shipments, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system, including pricing, costs, and descriptions
What You'll Bring
- Advanced Excel skills with strong data analysis experience
- ERP system experience (NetSuite or similar preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive in a fast-paced environment
Additional Info
- Excel test will be distributed as part of the interview process
- On-site in Virginia Beach, VA
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- $21/hr
