Our client, a well-established law firm in Cumming, GA, seeks a Litigation Paralegal for a direct-hire, permanent position. You will work with a success attorney whose cases include a variety of business litigation matters.
To be considered, Paralegal candidates should have at least three years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a Georgia law firm. Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with trial preparation and working the files through all phases of litigation
- Drafting legal documents and correspondence
- Proofing, editing and formatting documents
- Client communication
- Entering documents into case management system
- E-filing
