Position Title: Accounts Payable (AP) Administrator
Location: Cleveland, OH (On-site)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (Open-ended)
Compensation: $24-$25 per hour

This is a privately held company based in the Cleveland area, specializing in processing minerals and chemicals for various industries. The company is recognized worldwide for its high-quality Fluorspar products. With eight warehouse locations across the United States.
Work Environment

- Collaborative team culture; close interaction with operations, finance, and business development teams
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable processes using Sage MAS 100
- Process approximately 200 invoices per month
- Perform 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
- Maintain manual AP procedures with available tools to support future automation
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all payment activities
- Support internal teams with vendor and payment inquiries
Ideal Candidate
- Previous Accounts Payable experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a small, collaborative environment
- Comfortable with manual processes but open to automation tools and improvements
