Human Resources Generalist
Virginia Beach, VA | Onsite - 5 days per week

A growing organization in Virginia Beach is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to support core people operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, systems, and data-driven support.

What You'll Do

• Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle

• Manage employee relations and performance management processes

• Administer leaves of absence and accommodations (FMLA, ADA, etc.)

• Maintain HR policies, documentation, and employee records

• Manage employee data in the HRIS (Workday preferred)

• Partner with leaders on onboarding, engagement, and retention

• Review HR data and reports to support decision-making

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HR Generalist experience

• Experience with employee relations, performance management, and LOA administration

• Strong HRIS experience (Workday preferred)

• Comfortable working in Excel and interpreting HR data

• Solid understanding of HR fundamentals and employment regulations
