Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoice requests, prioritizing urgent payments.
• Pull reports for analysis and accurately complete required fields.
• Perform data entry, including renaming receipts and organizing files from the bank.
• Answer and respond to emails promptly and professionally.
• Create and maintain checklists to ensure timely task completion.
• Conduct research in Concur (e.g., look up report numbers and details).
• Follow up diligently with internal teams and external contacts.
