Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist - ASAP Start
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Schedule: Full-time, Onsite | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional early close at 3 PM on Fridays)
Pay: $23-$24/hour
Format: Contract with opportunity for hire
Start Date: Next Week
About the Role:
Beacon Hill's client in Minnetonka is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a beautiful office space with a welcoming environment. Previous front desk or administrative experience 2+ years is needed for this opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide an exceptional first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
- Answer phone calls and respond to client text messages promptly
- Perform basic clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional and polished demeanor to reflect the company's brand
Qualifications:
- Previous front desk or administrative experience 2+ years needed.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
