Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Minnetonka, MN
Schedule: Part-time, Onsite | 20-30 hours a week, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm | 1 Saturday a month required
Pay: $23-$24/hour
*Med Spa experience is required to be considered for this role*
Format: Contract with opportunity for hire
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
Beacon Hill's client in Minnetonka is seeking a polished and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join their team ASAP. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a beautiful office space with a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and provide an exceptional first impression
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
- Answer phone calls and respond to client text messages promptly
- Perform basic clerical and administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional and polished demeanor to reflect the company's brand
Qualifications:
- Previous Med Spa experience is required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
