Talent Acquisition Director - Virginia Beach, VA
A growing organization in Virginia Beach is seeking a Talent Acquisition Director to lead talent strategy, workforce planning, and executive-level recruiting. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership of key executive searches, providing the opportunity to shape the organization's talent strategy from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies
Lead executive-level requisitions and high-impact searches
Optimize Workday to streamline TA processes, reporting, and automation
Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs and proactively build talent pipelines
Analyze TA metrics and KPIs to identify trends and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive talent acquisition experience, including enterprise-level leadership
Experience managing high volume TA functions or organizations with 10,000+ employees
Experience with executive recruiting and workforce planning
Strong proficiency with Workday or similar HR systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
Additional Details:
Full-time, onsite role in Virginia Beach
Standard office hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
