Accountant (Temp‑to‑Hire) - Manufacturing | Denver, CO

The Senior Accountant will play a key role in supporting daily accounting operations, month‑end close, and financial reporting for a growing manufacturing organization. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, hands‑on accounting professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys improving processes as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all Accounts Receivable activities
• Provide support to the Accounts Payable function
• Execute month‑end close tasks
• Support annual audits, internal reviews, and ad‑hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Proven experience as a Senior / Staff Accountant or in a similar role.
• Must have manufacturing industry experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

This position is designed as a temporary role with the intention of transitioning the successful candidate into a permanent role based on performance and alignment with organizational goals.
