Beacon Hill's client is looking for an Asset & Corporate Finance attorney. This is a Special Project Lawyer (SPL) role supporting the client's Asset & Corporate Finance practice group, advising lenders, master servicers, and special servicers on financing transactions involving commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS).
Target background
- Ideal: 5-10 years of experience with financing transactions
- Real estate law and real estate finance experience preferred, but not required
- Must have professional maturity
- Must have strong attention to detail
Work location expectations
- Remote
- Preference for candidates working on Eastern time zone
