Job Description

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Copyeditor / Short-Form Writer who combines editorial precision with creative, concise copywriting. In this role, you'll edit and proofread a wide range of marketing and editorial content while crafting short-form copy for digital and print channels. If you have a sharp editorial eye, strong writing skills, and the ability to simplify complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Copyedits and proofreads a wide variety of marketing, client-facing and internal content to ensure clarity, consistency, grammar, and adherence to the organization's voice and brand positioning.
  • Writes and refines short-form copy for digital and print use, including headlines, subheads, email subject lines, banner ads, social media posts, and video scripts.
  • business objectives, brand and style standards.
  • Ensures all content meets regulatory and compliance standards in collaboration with legal and compliance teams.
  • Reviews and edits investment content to align with both brand and industry standards without compromising technical accuracy.
  • Prioritizes and manages multiple deliverables on tight timelines while maintaining attention to detail.

What You Bring

  • Experience in asset or wealth management, financial publishing, or institutional investment communications preferred.
  • Excellent command of grammar, syntax, punctuation, and AP style.
  • Expert editing, proofreading, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage a high volume of projects simultaneously.
  • Strong portfolio of short-form content and evidence of editorial rigor in a regulated industry.
