Beacon Hill is a proud partner to a reputable Real Estate Comapny in Deerfield. We are currently hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist.
Responsibilities/Duties
The responsibilities of the AR Specialist are, but are not limited to:
Accurately and timely post high volumes of cash receipts
Prepare, enter, and process deposit slips
Generate, review, and analyze accounts receivable reports
Compile, organize, and manage PDF reports for internal reporting
Post transactions and perform bank reconciliations
Conduct bank account analysis and variance reviews
Prepare and post journal entries
Support daily A/R and general accounting operations, including participation in Yardi automation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or related
- Experience in Yardi Software or related
- 3+ years of A/R experience
- Strong data entry, written and verbal communication skills
