Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Workplace Experience Ambassador to support a large corporate office environment in Orlando, FL.

This is a fully onsite, client-facing role ideal for an outgoing professional who enjoys hospitality-style service, event support, and being highly visible throughout the workday. The position supports a multi-floor office environment with frequent meetings, conference room use, and regular events, requiring daily movement throughout the building.

In this role, you'll serve as a welcoming presence for employees and visitors while assisting with catering coordination, conference room setup, and workplace experience support.

Daily Duties:

• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, guests, and visitors

• Serve as the primary front-of-house contact and direct inquiries as needed

• Assist with catering coordination and event support for meetings and office events

• Set up, reset, and maintain conference rooms, meeting spaces, and common areas

• Support monthly large-scale events and smaller events throughout the month

• Walk the building one to two times per day to ensure spaces are properly set and maintained

• Maintain room bookings, event calendars, and daily space usage records

• Assist facilities and workplace teams with general support tasks as needed

• Act as a professional and friendly ambassador for the workplace environment

Top Three Daily Tasks:

• Assisting with catering, meeting setup, and conference room resets

• Providing front-facing customer service and visitor support

• Walking and monitoring the workspace to ensure readiness and presentation

Ideal Candidate:

• High school diploma or GED required

• 0-2 years of experience in reception, concierge, hospitality, catering, or client-facing roles

• Hospitality or catering experience strongly preferred

• Very outgoing personality with a polished, professional presence

• Comfortable being visible and interacting with clients and teams throughout the day

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

• Comfortable with frequent movement, walking, and lifting 25-50 lbs

• Proficient with basic computer systems and workplace platforms

Additional Details:

• Location: Orlando, FL (onsite)

• Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (no overtime currently)

• Assignment: December 29, 2025 - March 28, 2026

• Pay Rate: $20-$22/hour
