Our client, a rapidly growing real estate development firm headquartered in a stunning downtown Austin office, is seeking a high-caliber Executive Assistant to provide direct support to the CEO. This is a highly visible, in-office role that requires strong judgment, executive presence, and the ability to anticipate needs while bringing structure and clarity to a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dynamic, forward-thinking, and confident acting as the CEO's right hand - managing non-critical requests, prioritizing competing demands, and ensuring the CEO's time and focus remain aligned with key business initiatives. This is an in-office position Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM with flexibility on hours, but limited requirements outside of normal business hours. This is a direct hire opportunity with a very competitive compensation based on experience and an enticing benefits package.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a true gatekeeper, protecting the time of the CEO
* Handle extensive calendar management, addressing constant meeting changes and rescheduling needs
* Book international and domestic travel including flights, hotels, itineraries, etc.
* Regularly interface with high-profile professionals, communicate on behalf of the executive team to clients, investors, partners, board members, and team managers
* Manage expense reports and vendor invoices as needed
* Both individually and on a team, assist with special project assignments
* Assist with ad-hoc job-related and personal requests as needed
Qualifications:
* 7+ years as an Executive Assistant supporting C-Suite Executives in fast-paced environments
* Quick and agile thinker / learner able to function well in a high-paced, rapidly evolving environment
* Proven ability to meet deadlines, multi-task, and take full ownership of responsibilities
* Flexible and resilient with an eagerness to learn, receptive to constructive feedback
* Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
* High level of integrity, discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
* Ability to anticipate the needs of the executive, the team, and the company
* Tech-savvy and resourceful
* Proactive, positive, energetic personality with a can-do attitude
* Excellent written and verbal skills
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including proficiency in Excel
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
