This is a great opportunity for an experienced Project Coordinator professional to support a professional environment in Indianapolis. This role will focus on organizing and providing a manual workflow for escalated e-mails to various teams as wl as communication across various teams. This person will be trained for this role and will also be paired up with other team member who will help to provide support and guidance. For anyone with strong organizational and communication skills who is looking for a solid opportunity with a professional team and established company, this is a great opportunity.
This role is onsite 5 days a week.
Required Skills:
Must have strong Outlook administration skills
Must be focused and have strong attention to detail
Must have strong communication skills, grammar, and strong organizational skills
Must have a sense of urgency and be able to escalate immediate needs
Any experience with ChatGPT to help with e-mails is a plus
Must have strong customer service skills and the ability to work in a professional environment
Must have strong follow up skills and know when to ask for help
Must be coachable, open minded, and flexible
Must be able to follow direction and work a 40-hour week
Must have the ability and willingness to learn new things
Must have the ability to work individually and in a team environment
