Inventory / Receiving Clerk
Full-Time | On-Site

We're looking for an Inventory / Receiving Clerk who takes pride in getting the details right and keeping operations running smoothly. This person will receive and track incoming materials, maintain inventory accuracy, support production needs, and partner closely with purchasing and warehouse personnel.

What You'll Be Doing

Receiving and Documentation
* Receive incoming materials and verify against purchase orders
* Match and label SKUs, record receipts in the inventory system, and assign BIN locations
* Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date

Inventory Control
* Support cycle counts and annual inventory
* Investigate count discrepancies and partner with the team to correct issues
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment

Production Support
* Fulfill material requests for production in a timely and accurate manner
* Support production schedules by ensuring materials are available when needed

General Responsibilities
* Follow all safety procedures and company standards
* Communicate clearly with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams
* Take ownership of tasks and support the department as needed

What We're Looking For
* Inventory or warehouse experience (required)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
* Comfortable reading packing slips, purchase orders, and part numbers
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
* Reliable, team-focused, and able to work on-site full-time
* Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
