Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a boutique law firm in North Dallas to find an experienced Estate Planning & Corporate Paralegal. This is a key role where you'll provide high-level support to multiple attorneys, focusing on estate planning, trust administration, and corporate transactions. You'll be responsible for drafting complex documents, managing client files, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across all deliverables.

The firm offers a collaborative and supportive work environment. After successfully completing a 90-day onboarding period and demonstrating reliability, you'll have the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule with two non-consecutive remote days per week. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Support entity formation and corporate compliance, including drafting agreements and filing tax documents
• Prepare estate and gift tax returns; draft trust and estate planning documents (wills, POAs, directives)
• Coordinate trust funding, asset transfers, and manage trustee documentation
• Maintain client files, ledgers, and tax records; track deadlines for filings and compliance
• Communicate with clients, advisors, and agencies; conduct legal research using Westlaw

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Strong background in legal drafting, structure charts, and tax planning transactions
• Extensive experience with complex estate/trust planning and business tax transactions
