Corporate/M&A Senior Associate (8+ Years)
Lead transformative deals!
We are looking for a talented M&A associate to advise businesses and private equity firms on M&A transactions ranging from $20MM-$250MM with a top tier boutique in Dallas.
What You'll Do:
- Negotiate and draft purchase agreements and ancillary documents
- Manage diligence and mentor junior attorneys
