Banking & Finance Associate (2+ Years)

Shape the future of finance law!
We are looking for a new associate to represent banks, private lenders, and borrowers in complex lending transactions, including commercial real estate and asset-backed finance with a top tier boutique firm in Dallas.

What You'll Do:

Draft and negotiate loan documents and credit agreements
Structure and close secured and unsecured lending deals
