This role supports a large-scale, multi-year Business Transformation Program underpinned by SAP S/4HANA. The program is focused on driving process and data standardization and simplification, delivered through a hub-and-spoke architecture to enable a fully integrated end-to-end solution.

Reporting to the IT Tower Lead - US, the IT Project Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of system integrations and remediation activities for US-based spoke systems connecting to the SAP S/4HANA Core. The role requires extensive experience delivering complex integration initiatives across design, build, testing, and deployment, while coordinating across global delivery teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integrations and remediation activities for US spoke systems connecting to the SAP S/4HANA Core, including design, build, integration testing, and deployment.

• Develop, maintain, and manage the US integration and spoke deployment plan, ensuring alignment with the broader program roadmap and milestones.

• Own delivery execution across approved integration technologies, data transformations, and remediation activities, coordinating efforts across program teams, internal IT teams, external vendors, and delivery partners.

• Manage multiple workstreams concurrently while maintaining adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Provide detailed status reporting, including metrics, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

• Ensure strong governance, documentation, and compliance with program delivery standards and change control processes.

• Serve as a key coordination point between US delivery teams and global stakeholders.

• Perform other job-related duties as required.
