We're looking for a Paid Social Media Manager to own strategy, execution, and optimization for all paid social campaigns. This role is perfect for someone who combines analytical expertise with creative flair-comfortable building full-funnel campaigns, crafting compelling Ad concepts, and scaling performance efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Lead paid social campaigns across major platforms, scaling budgets of $75K+ monthly.
- Build full-funnel strategies from prospecting to retention.
- Optimize targeting, bidding, placements, and creative for maximum ROI.
- Translate insights into high-performing creative concepts.
- Analyze performance data and deliver actionable recommendations.
- Explore emerging channels like TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years in digital marketing with hands-on paid social experience.
- Proven success scaling campaigns to $75K+ per month (agency or in-house)
- Ability to utilize all meta capabilities
- Deep understanding of paid social ecosystems, audience signals, and attribution.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data into strategy.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
