Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage scalable lifecycle marketing programs.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across email, push, SMS, and similar channels.
- Analyze campaign performance and user behavior to drive optimization and engagement.
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics teams to support data flow and campaign execution.
- Maintain and optimize marketing automation platform setup, integrations, and workflows.
- QA and support lifecycle campaigns to ensure accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
Must Haves
- 2+ of hands-on experience with Iterable.
- 5+ years of experience within Growth Marketing
- Experience executing lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing programs.
- Proven ability to build and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, push, SMS).
- Strong data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance and audience segmentation.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product and technical teams.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
